In 1989, he joined Robert Bosch Ltd. in Denham, UK, as a Sales Engineer, and spent the next few years working at various locations in Germany, the USA and the UK. Since 2019, he has been the Business Unit Leader for Commercial Vehicles and Off-Road at Robert Bosch GmbH.

Since 2014 Marie-Helene Ametsreiter is a partner at the Venture Capital company Speedinvest. She accounts responsible for Speedinvest Industry - a fund investing exclusively in industrial tech startups. Before Ms. Ametsreiter held different managerial positions in the Oil- and Gas as well as Telecoms Industry.

Ammann is a world-leading supplier of mixing plants, machines and services to the construction industry with core expertise in road building and transportation infrastructure. Anton Demarmels served as CTO and member of the executive committee from 2007 to 2016. As of 2017 he represents Ammann in international associations and acts as consultant to the CEO.

Since September 2017, Mr. Martin Lehner has taken on the role of CEO of Wacker Neuson SE. Mr. Lehner was previously Deputy CEO and CTO of the group responsible for research and development, procurement, production and quality. Before the merger between Wacker and Neuson (2007), Mr. Lehner was already a member of the executive board of Neuson Kramer Baumaschinen AG.

Since 1997, Mr. Walther has held a professorship for General Business Administration (ABWL) with a focus on Production Management at the Faculty of Economics at Ostfalia University of Applied Sciences.
